Iris M. Quinones-Gonzalez is an accomplished Independent Real Estate Broker, licensed in Florida. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, she graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico in 1982 with a BA in Economics and Accounting, and in 1985 with a Master's Degree in Business Administration. One of her notable achievements was her research study titled "Teoria Z y Estilos Gerenciales en las Empresas Manufactureras de Puerto Rico" (Theory Z and Managerial Styles in Manufacturing Companies in Puerto Rico). This study was the first of its kind in Puerto Rico, exploring the Japanese Business Model and its application to the Manufacturing Sector on the Island.
With a wealth of experience in Real Estate, Commercial Development, Retail, Management, Administration, Budgeting, Marketing, Operations, and Human Resources, Mrs. Quinones is a highly experienced hands-on executive. In 2008, she relocated to Homestead, Florida, due to her husband's job opportunity, and decided to continue working in the Real Estate field. She obtained her Real Estate license, Designations, and Certifications, and founded Corporeal Realty Corporation, a Woman and Minority Business Certified by The State of Florida.
Iris is passionate about creating a harmonious balance in her life, allowing her to bring kindness and positivity to those around her. She finds joy in helping others achieve their goals and treasures quality moments with her husband and their adorable Yorkshire Terrier, Sonny. In her free time, Iris immerses herself in her many hobbies, including cooking, baking, gardening, butterfly conservation, reading, arts and crafts, and more.
